This outstanding blend of the world’s favourite Hom Mali 105 rice (the best strain of Thai fragrant rice)  and Black-Luempua is a perfect match like Yin and Yang.

The well balanced blend offers a very unique royal purple colour when fully cooked. It has heavenly savoury taste and unmatched quality. The main purpose of creating this rice blend is to familiarize the rice consumers who want to switch from eating white rice to pigmented rice but are not used to the taste of wholegrain rice. After some time when their mind starts to accept, they will be ready to enjoy the nutrient-rich and healthier pigmented wholegrain rice. Being known for its delicious popcorn flavor taste and characteristic flowery (jasmine) aroma, Hom Mali rice registers as a “good” source of niacin, thiamine, iron and selenium.
